		<description>It's not the unlocking that makes it cheaper, but the ability to get a local contract (with a different sim in the phone) when you are over there makes it cheaper.  Even then, a phone with a high data usage is going to be far more expensive than it would be in either State side or in Europe.

If in doubt, talk to the experts your phone provider.

If you just put your existing sim in the phone when you are in Iraq, the local mobile Teleco will charge your Teleco back home who then charge you, and they will charge you a whopping premium for the privilege!  We've had people in here who've run up bills in excess of $1000 per day by doing this!</description>
