ringtones!!??

I need help finding good ringtones for my cellphone. It is an NEC 535 model. The internet service on my phone "is unavailble" so i guess i will have to find some on the computer. any suggestions for me??

Is there any way I can download/make ringtones to my phone?

I have an unlocked Euro NEC phone, model e132. How do I go about downloading/making ringtones for it?
