how can decode my cell phone to use my home network service mtnnigeria.nec e606

I can't use bluetooth to connect with my cell phone... please tell me how to use bluetooth in my laptop. It's NEC VERSA E6200.

I have a way old NEC analog cell phone from 1989. I have a much newer phone but the old one is so retro and I thought that it would be kinda cool to get it working again, but I heard that most carriers shut down their analog networks. Is there any digital to analog converter I can buy or any companies that still use analog?
