its made by the local computer guy everyone and their mom told me to go to apparently hes been doing it since 91' and has a little shop next to macdonalds
oh yeah he also said that he will come out and hook everything up for me , the stuff above is what i copy and pasted from the email quote he sent me.
i asked him if it was old and he said no its made from 100% brand new in box parts and he would let me watch him build it and set it up he said it has 16x slot if i want a video card later i just need it to play my old games and surf web watch u tube and dvd burn music stuff like that.
Sounds like a very good deal for what you need. I would go for it.He also offers a warranty with everything you buy PLUS tech support for a year! That’s prolly the best deal you can get from any circuit city or best buy. Definitely a great deal for a small business!
It is ok.
Depends on what you want the computer for….
Gaming-It’s Alright
Home or Office use-It Great
Sounds like a decent deal but ask for a heftier power supply.
I would recommend about a 650w PSU. Also is he installing XP or Vista? If XP then 1 gig of memory is fine. If Vista then get at least 2 gigs. Also consider a separate PCI-express graphics card as opposed to integrated graphics. Especially if you want to play movies or games.
Yeah, that’s pretty good. It’ll do just about anything you want it to do. I also suggest that you also get the monitor and the printer with it because it will, most likely, cost more if you were to go to a retail store or online. "Frankenstein" computers are severely underrated. Especially if you find a person who knows his/her stuff.
The best thing about your question was that this guy is one of your friends, small shop owners can rip you off very easily. You said without the monitor, then how will you see what’s going on on screen lol. This deal sounds absoletely fantastic, but be cautious of the possible rip off.
