I recently formatted my hard drive and installed Windows XP, Service Pack 2. The problem that I am having is that the sound is too fast and/or very distorted as soon as I connect to the internet. Every sound, whether it is coming from my jukebox, DVD player, or any other source, including sound schemes in MY Computer, is scratchy, too fast or dragging. However, as soon as I am disconnected from the internet, my sounds are completely normal.

I have already cleaned the contacts on my sound card and uninstalled and re-installed my sound software and drivers.
