		<description>If it is blinking and it is a plasma or LCD tv, it is probably an internal power supply component. Sadly it isn't something you can service or buy parts for. You have to call out a tech who has access to the parts thru their certified repair center agreement with the manufacturer. It is a bunch a crap, but it is what it is. With plasma and LCD TV's power sensitivity, you have to have a very high end power filter in place. If not, you better have a very good extended warranty. I had a Panasonic plasma fail on me after 4 days.
