The 1996 NEC code says that switches may not be installed inside bathtubs or showers. The CEC says that switches may not be installed "within reach" of bathtubs or showers.
needs to be 60 inches from shower and 36 inches from basin good luck
Strange question, I would like to know why you need this answer.
