However, the high-gloss screens are supposed to cause 'less eye strain.' I've found this to be true. It does enhance colors. These so called patented display features of colur, brightness etc is all HUMBUG. The illusion of colour is got by mixing red, blue & green. Then u have the brightnes & contrast buttons. U can adjust these 5 butttons on all monitors as per ur choice. There is very little eyestrain in a LCD monitor as it is flat like ur book. Just make sure u get the slimmest frame (the one that boarders the screen). It is large especially when it holds speakers mike or camera. These are best when they are exterenal. best of lluck.
